Location: Raipur (Hybrid/Remote for the right candidate) About the Role We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Podcast & Video Editor to join our team. You'll be responsible for editing long-form podcast episodes, creating engaging short-form reels, and designing supporting visual assets for social media. If you're passionate about storytelling through video and have a strong eye for design, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities - Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and audio platforms.

- Create high-performing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media clips.
- Sync audio, enhance sound quality, add captions, graphics, and transitions.
- Design thumbnails and social media creatives using Adobe Photoshop.
- Create or edit vector graphics and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator when required.
- Organize project files and deliver content within deadlines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual identity.





Required Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Robust understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience editing podcasts or interview-style videos.

- Experience with motion graphics or Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
