Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned PMO/Operations Lead to anchor our enterprise-grade SAP and Oracle ERP initiatives. In this capacity, you will serve as the strategic bridge between technical delivery teams and executive leadership, ensuring that complex ERP implementations and operational workflows are executed with precision.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, global clients, and internal engineering teams to streamline project governance, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation. Your leadership will directly influence the scalability of our digital infrastructure, ensuring that our business outcomes are aligned with robust technical execution and operational excellence across multiple locations, including Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities :

- Orchestrate the end-to-end project management office (PMO) lifecycle for large-scale SAP and Oracle ERP deployments to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing standardized governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms that provide clear visibility into project health for senior stakeholders.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships by translating technical ERP milestones into actionable business insights, ensuring alignment between IT operations and organizational goals.




- Identify and mitigate systemic risks within the IT operations landscape to prevent project bottlenecks and ensure seamless continuity of critical business processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the change management process, fostering a culture of accountability and high-performance delivery across distributed, remote, and hybrid environments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale SAP and Oracle ERP ecosystems, with a deep understanding of the operational nuances involved in enterprise-wide digital transformations.
- Proven ability to lead complex IT operations, utilizing advanced project management methodologies to drive productivity and operational rigor.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence executive-level decision-making and navigate high-stakes negotiations with global clients.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of synthesizing complex data sets into strategic reports that guide business-critical decisions.
- High degree of adaptability and skilled maturity, with the ability to lead distributed teams effectively in a remote or hybrid work setup.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in PMO and IT operations leadership.
