Responsibilities

Planning & Schedule Control

1. Drive integrated project planning aligned with Commissioning timelines
2. Monitor daily/weekly progress vs plan and ensure milestone adherence
3. Identify slippages and implement recovery plans

- Assurance & Compliance

1. Ensure implementation of PMAG SOPs, workflows, and reporting standards
2. Act as custodian of project assurance at site level
3. Drive compliance with internal controls, audits, and documentation

- Progress Monitoring & MIS

1. Establish real-time tracking for physical progress
2. Release of structured MIS reports for Leadership and HO PMAG
3. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and discipline in project data

- Risk & Issue Management

1. Identify risks and bottlenecks proactively
2. Escalate critical issues to Management in a timely manner
3. Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution

- Stakeholder & Cluster Coordination

1. Ensure alignment across multiple projects within the cluster
2. Coordinate with site teams, corporate functions, PMC/EPC stakeholders
3. Provide integrated cluster-level visibility to leadership





- Execution & Contractor Oversight

1. Closely work with PMC/EPC for the Project planning, tracking and reporting
2. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and deliverables

- Systems & Digital Enablement

1. Ensure timely updates in systems (Primavera P6, dashboards)
2. Maintain data consistency between site and corporate systems
3. Support implementation of digital initiatives at site

- Portfolio Control & Lifecycle Monitoring

1. Track interdependencies and optimize resource planning
2. Enable leadership visibility on progress, risks, and priorities
3. Monitor projects across lifecycle till HOTO (Hand Over to Operations)

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
- MBA / PG in Project Management (preferred)

Experience

- 10–14 years in project planning & execution (renewable/infrastructure)
- Experience in multi-project/cluster-level management
- Exposure to solar projects and EPC/PMC coordination preferred
