Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our Facility Management team for the maintenance of IT buildings. The candidate should have hands-on experience in plumbing systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of water supply and drainage systems while ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plumbing systems in IT buildings.
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage pipelines, sanitary fixtures, and plumbing accessories.
- Attend daily plumbing complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify and repair water leakages, blockages, and pipeline defects.
- Maintain pumps, valves, flush systems, faucets, and water storage tanks.
- Coordinate with the facility team during maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper operation of sewage, drainage, and domestic water systems.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards during maintenance work.




- Maintain service records and report completed work to the site supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade certification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in IT buildings, commercial buildings, or corporate facilities.
- Good knowledge of plumbing tools, fittings, pumps, and water distribution systems.
- Ability to identify and rectify plumbing faults independently.
- Basic communication skills and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in facility management companies.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to work in shifts when required.
- Team player with good problem-solving skills.
