Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions and clients. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define selection criteria.

The specialist will manage job postings, maintain candidate pipelines, and support employer branding initiatives through qualified communication and representation of client organizations.



Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment records, providing timely updates to stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing to assess candidate fit and support informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to represent client organizations professionally and enhance their talent attraction efforts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and basic MS Office or similar tools.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or HR is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
