1. JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled PLC Technician to support and enhance automation systems in our automotive component manufacturing facility. The role involves PLC programming, machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and automation improvement activities to ensure high equipment reliability and production efficiency. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Install, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC-controlled automated machinery.

● Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC, HMI, VFD, servo systems, sensors, and control panels.

● Perform PLC program modifications to improve machine performance and process efficiency.

● Support new machine installation, commissioning, and automation projects.

● Execute preventive maintenance activities to maximize machine uptime.

● Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause solutions.

● Maintain PLC backups, technical documentation, and safety compliance.

● Work closely with Production, Quality,



and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.

1. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

● PLC Programming: Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Omron platforms. ● Automation Components: Strong working knowledge of HMI, SCADA, VFDs, servo drives, and industrial sensors.

● Electrical Troubleshooting: Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical control panels and automation hardware.

● Industrial Networks: Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols including Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

● Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.

● Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, preferably in automotive or auto-component manufacturing.

● Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to machine improvement and downtime reduction

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
