We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and responsible Play Area Associate to ensure children have a safe, clean, and enjoyable play experience. The ideal candidate will supervise the play area, assist guests, maintain hygiene standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome children and parents, ensuring a positive guest experience.

- Monitor the play area to maintain a safe environment and enforce safety rules.

- Supervise children during play and respond promptly to any concerns or incidents.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of play equipment, toys, and surrounding areas.

- Conduct routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues.

- Assist with birthday parties, events, and special activities as required.

- Manage entry and exit procedures, including wristbands or ticket verification.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

- Follow company policies, health & safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.

- Support the team with opening and closing duties.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Prior experience in customer service, childcare, hospitality,



or entertainment is preferred.

- Friendly, energetic, and patient personality.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

- Physically able to stand for extended periods and assist in maintaining the play area.

Working Conditions
