About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineering Project Manager to lead strategic platform engineering initiatives that accelerate software delivery, modernize cloud infrastructure, and improve engineering productivity. This role partners closely with Principal Engineers, Engineering Managers, Architects, Product Managers, Security, Infrastructure, and Executive Leadership to drive successful delivery of enterprise platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical program management expertise with exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to execute complex engineering programs across cloud, infrastructure, DevSecOps, and platform modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Platform Engineering programs from planning through production deployment.




- Partner with Principal Engineers to translate technical strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Establish and lead a disciplined weekly engineering governance cadence with Principal Engineers , providing executive visibility into project health, technical risks, milestone progress, cross-team dependencies, and delivery commitments to ensure predictable execution across multiple engineering teams.
- Coordinate engineering efforts across Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, Security, Architecture, Product Management, and Software Development.
- Drive cloud infrastructure modernization, platform automation, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, resource constraints, and delivery blockers.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, release planning, roadmap reviews, and executive steering committee meetings.
- Drive continuous process improvement to enhance engineering velocity, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
- Ensure successful delivery of enterprise platform initiatives while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Project, Program, or Technical Program Management experience.
- 5+ years supporting Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or Enterprise Technology organizations.




- Experience delivering enterprise cloud initiatives using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of Platform Engineering, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, or CloudFormation), CI/CD, Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional engineering programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Smartsheet, Planview, or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), observability, cloud security, identity management, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience leading AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation programs.
