Job Title: Platform Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD automation, data processing, workflow orchestration, monitoring, and cloud platforms, with a focus on enabling high-performance application deployments and platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy, manage, and scale application workloads in on-premises Kubernetes (Kubernetes/K8s) environments.

- Build and manage Docker containers and maintain container artifacts using JFrog.

- Develop and optimize large-scale data processing and streaming solutions using Apache Spark and Apache Kafka.

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Flux, and Argo CD.

- Build, manage, and optimize Apache Airflow workflows for scalable job orchestration.

- Monitor platform health and performance using Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.

- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks in Linux environments.

- Work with Microsoft Azure services to support cloud-based platform solutions.





- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (On-Premises).

- Experience with Docker and JFrog.

- Expertise in Apache Spark and Apache Kafka.

- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Flux, and Argo CD.

- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow.

- Strong knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

- Strong Linux administration and automation skills.

- Good understanding of platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and system reliability.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash.

- Experience in enterprise-scale platform engineering environments.

- Familiarity with security best practices for Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
