About the Company

Cylendra CNG subsidiary of canton machinaries is a leading CNG solutions company specializing in CNG cylinder testing, calibration, installation, and related services. We are looking for a responsible and technically competent Plant Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations and ensure quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the CNG plant.
- Coordinate cylinder testing, calibration, installation, and inspection activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor plant equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Supervise technicians and plant workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders and service schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of testing, calibration, installations, and inventory.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry and statutory standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of CNG cylinders and related equipment.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment within the plant.
- Coordinate with the operations, service,



and management teams to improve productivity.
- Report daily plant activities, production status, and operational issues to management.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or a related engineering discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or industrial supervision. Experience in the CNG, LPG, gas, automotive, or engineering industry is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of plant operations, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to plan work, solve operational issues, and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and reporting).
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CNG cylinder testing and calibration processes.
- Familiarity with installation and commissioning of CNG systems.
- Experience in inventory management and documentation.
- Ability to lead teams and maintain high safety standards.
