Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plant Manager role based in the Kutch district.

The Plant

Manager oversees daily plant operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising plant teams, monitoring equipment performance, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring productive utilization of materials and machinery. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, implementing process improvements, managing compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with leadership on cost control and capacity planning.

The Plant

Manager is expected to foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement,



and clear communication across shifts.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Plant Management and Plant Operations to oversee end-to-end functioning of crusher plants.

Proficiency in Operations Management and Production Planning to manage schedules, output, and resources effectively.

Experience in Manufacturing Operations, preferably within mining, crushing, or related heavy industry environments.

Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control practices in industrial plants.

Proven leadership abilities, including team supervision, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Ability to analyze operational data, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Relevant technical or engineering qualification; a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Mining, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Hands-on experience with plant machinery, maintenance planning, and basic troubleshooting is an advantage.

Willingness to work on-site in the Kutch district and manage operations across multiple plant locations.
