Experience on Maintenance of Power Control Centre, Motor control Centre panels. Air circuit breakers, MCCBs, SDFU

Spearheading activities for overall department for maintenance of all equipments and systems.

Operation management of Utility equipment HVAC system, Boiler, Chiller, Compressor, Air Compressor, Water Treatment Plant, ETP, Solar system.

Maintaining the sites for Regulatory, Statutory audit compliances and cGMP Compliances.

Procurement and spare management of all equipment consumable material.

Formulating strategies to reduce the downtime and improving utilization of machines & manpower by better planning, preventive maintenance analysis of breakdown maintenance.

Managing execution of projects for various modification in plant from procurement to installation, commissioning & hand over to internal stake holders.

Utility saving.

Supervising managing troubleshooting of hardware like SCADA, PLC, VFD,



HMI controllers SMPS DC drives input transmitters and proximity switches.

To Comply and monitor various statutory compliance and also compliances related to EHS/EMS, ISO Management system.

Hands on experience on below instruments / machines a) Timers b) Temperature controllers c) Process input controllers d) Sensor like IR Proximity optical fibre. d) TIJ & CIJ printers.

Communication protocol for IR cameras for on line Printers, CCTV.

Leading team, ensuring proper manpower scheduling, job allotment and timely follow-up.

Co-ordination with internal stake holder for projects, maintenance activity on timely basis.
