Key Responsibilities

- Statutory Compliance: Manage local labor laws, factory acts, PF, ESIC, and contractor/labor licensing.

- Employee Lifecycle: Handle local plant recruitment, onboarding, time office/attendance, payroll processing inputs, and exit formalities.

- Industrial & Employee Relations: Resolve worker grievances, maintain floor harmony, and manage union or contract labor talks.

- Training & Welfare: Coordinate safety briefings, shift scheduling, canteen/transport administration, and worker engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or Industrial Relations; a Master’s degree (MBA-HR or MSW/PMIR) is preferred.

- Experience: 10+ years of hands-on human resources experience explicitly located in a manufacturing, plant, or factory setup.

- Skills: Solid knowledge of regional/national labor legislation, conflict resolution, local language proficiency, and basic data/payroll tools.
