Subsidiary of its group. This position Class A Foundry plant approved by Railways.

Position title: Plant Head/ COO

Department/ Function: Plant Operations

Location: Haridwar

Education Profile : Diploma/Degree from technical, Metallurgical & Foundry.

Overall Experience (Years) :Exp-20 to 30 years (Class A Foundry)

Brief Roles & Responsibilities

1- Overall responsibility for manufacturing activities throughout the business like production, process and quality control in metallurgical process industries, Ex. Steel, Cast Iron And Ductile Iron Foundries, Should have no bake molding process experience

2- Budgeting, estimating, scheduling and monitoring projects.

3- Preparing all necessary actions to meet production and quality targets and creating the practical quality culture in the organisation.

4- Identify & propose improvement plans at OPEX and CAPEX levels for Capacity expansions and new setup installation.





5- Identify & propose improvement plans at OPEX and CAPEX levels for Capacity expansions and new setup installation.

6- Expertise in new business growth / Development processes and New plant setup.

7- Monitoring Project, Manpower Setting Up, Vertical Moulding Line Operation, Triple track Induction Furnace Melting Operations of Ductile & Cast Iron, Process and System development, Quality Achievement, Continual Improvement.

8- Melting Operations of Ductile Iron in Induction Furnace, Cast Iron in Cupola, Metallurgical analysis, Operations of High-Pressure Moulding Line, Jolt Squeeze Machine, Sand Plant, Cold Box Core making, Quality Assurance, QMS ( ISO 9001 ), External Certification like KITE mark, SABS etc.

9- Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
