We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 10-20 years of experience in planning and executing projects in India.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and scope.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Continuously improve planning processes and tools.

Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- 10-20 years of experience in project planning and execution.
- Experience in the Indian job market is a must.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members.
