Role Description The Planning Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for end-to-end project planning and coordination across multiple EPC and infrastructure projects. The role involves developing detailed project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking mechanisms to ensure timely execution in line with contract requirements.

The Planning

Manager will prepare and update project baselines, monitor critical paths, manage dependencies, and provide early warnings on delays or risks. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineering, procurement, site execution,



and finance teams; preparing dashboards and MIS reports; and supporting client reviews and audits with accurate planning data. The role also includes continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and templates to enhance predictability, accountability, and project performance.

Qualifications

Strong project planning and control skills, including schedule development, resource planning, and progress monitoring using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

Experience in EPC or infrastructure projects, preferably in bridges, PEB structures, heavy steel structures, or civil–MEP works.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical specifications to translate them into practical execution plans.

Competence in project reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis for management and client reviews.

Knowledge of risk management, cost control principles, and compliance requirements for government and PSU projects.

Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and client representatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering; a postgraduate qualification in project management or construction management is an advantage.

Prior experience in a planning or project controls role, with a track record of supporting on-time and on-budget delivery.

Ability to work on-site in Recent Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
