Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
Project Planning and Scheduling
- Develop detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines using project management tools like Primavera, MS Project, etc.
- Coordinate with project managers and other engineering teams to understand project scope and requirements.
- Establish project baselines and ensure that the project progresses according to the planned schedule.
Resource Management
- Allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor resource utilization and suggest improvements to avoid resource wastage.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting
- Track project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying any delays or deviations.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and recommending corrective actions.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks that could impact the project timeline and budget.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and implement strategies to minimize disruptions.
Coordination with Stakeholders
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and records of meetings.
- Ensure that all planning activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in Civil Engineering & MS. Project Civil Engineering with 13-16 years of experience in heavy industrial projects, AUTOCAD and MS project.
Skills/Competencies Needed for the Position
- Ability to handle / knowledge on the building services.
- Exposure to construction management practices
- Exposure to Heavy industrial civil works
- Deep knowledge on MS office
Experience Needed for the Position:-
13-16 Years (in Heavy industrial) 13-16 Years for BE Civil
