- Naresh IT is hiring for HR Placement Officer ,Should handle complete IT placement drives for Naresh IT Students.
- Getting in touch with HR from top corporate houses and getting them on corporate tie up for Naresh IT student placements.
- Responsible for End to end Corporate Recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development

- Proactively reach out to HR representatives from top-tier companies to establish corporate tie-ups for Naresh IT student placements.
- Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial placement agreements with corporate partners.

Placement Drive Management:
- Organize and manage end-to-end corporate recruitment cycles, including scheduling drives, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.




- Effectively communicate placement opportunities to students and prepare them for success in interviews.

Relationship Building:
- Foster solid relationships with corporate HR personnel to build long-term partnerships and secure future placement opportunities for Naresh IT students.
- Maintain positive communication with students throughout the placement process, addressing their concerns and providing guidance.

Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of student profiles, placement opportunities, and recruitment activities.
- Analyze placement data to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
