Role Description The Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sehore, responsible for supporting youth in securing suitable employment opportunities. Daily responsibilities include coordinating campus placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with employers, and identifying job opportunities aligned with learners’ skills and aspirations.

The role involves providing career counseling, guiding learners on interview preparation, resume building, and workplace readiness.

Officer will also collaborate with training and education teams to align skilling programs with market needs, track placement outcomes, and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
