We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Placement Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in connecting with companies, collecting job vacancies, coordinating interviews, and supporting student placements. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, corporate relations, and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and collect job vacancies from companies and corporate partners
- Contact HR departments and recruiters regarding hiring requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for students
- Maintain skilled relationships with corporates and hiring partners
- Follow up with companies regarding interview status and hiring updates
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and company details
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Communicate effectively with students regarding interview schedules and updates
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Confidence in speaking with corporate clients and candidates
- Ability to work with MS Office, Google Sheets, and online platforms
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
