Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Candidates with experience in placements, recruitment, training, or field operations will be preferred.

About the Role

Pratham Education Foundation is looking for energetic and passionate Placement Coordinators to support the placement and career development of students enrolled in our Hospitality Skill Development Program. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel, build industry partnerships, and help youth secure sustainable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Student Placement

Coordinate placements for students completing hospitality training programs.

Conduct career guidance, interview preparation, and employability sessions.

Organize campus interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.

Track student placement status and post-placement retention.

Employer Engagement

Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering companies,



and other hospitality employers.

Identify new placement opportunities and industry partnerships.

Coordinate recruitment schedules with employers.

Gather employer feedback to improve training outcomes.

Student Support

Counsel students regarding career opportunities.

Help students prepare professional resumes.

Conduct mock interviews.

Ensure students meet employer requirements before interviews.

Coordination & Reporting

Maintain placement records and MIS reports.

Track placement targets and monthly achievements.

Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, and center teams.

Submit regular reports to management.

Field Work

Visit hospitality companies for employer networking.

Travel to training centers and employer locations as required.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Relationship-building and networking ability.

Basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) knowledge.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.

Willingness to travel extensively.
