Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Piping Design Engineer with hands-on experience in AVEVA E3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and AutoCAD 2D/3D. The candidate will be responsible for developing 2D drawings, 3D models, piping layouts, and detailed engineering deliverables for industrial plant projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D piping models using AVEVA E3D and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Prepare 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings, piping layouts, isometric drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Generate Material Take-Off (MTO), Bill of Materials (BOM), and piping support drawings.
- Review and interpret P&IDs; and equipment layouts.
- Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines.
- Participate in model reviews and resolve design clashes.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, standards,



and client specifications.
- Provide design support during fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Good understanding of piping engineering principles and industrial plant layouts.

- Proficiency in

- AVEVA E3D

- AutoCAD Plant 3D
- AutoCAD 2D & 3D
- Knowledge of P&IDs;, piping components, and piping supports.
- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
- 28 years of experience in piping design.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Power, Water Treatment, or Process Plant projects will be preferred.
- Familiarity with international piping codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.) is an advantage.
