Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Zen Physio in Nashik. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ conditions, take detailed histories, and conduct physical examinations to develop tailored treatment and rehabilitation plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering manual therapy, exercise-based interventions, and using appropriate modalities for orthopedic, neurological, sports, geriatric, and pediatric cases.
The role involves monitoring progress, updating treatment plans, educating patients and families on home exercise programs, posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
The Physiotherapist will collaborate with the clinical team, maintain accurate documentation, and support high standards of safety, ethics, and patient experience.
Qualifications
Recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
Clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, sports, and geriatric physiotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention.
Experience or interest in pediatric physiotherapy, postural and ergonomic therapy, and Pilates-based or exercise-based rehabilitation.
Ability to design individualized rehabilitation and pain management programs, with strong skills in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education, counseling, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical records, manage time effectively, and prioritize caseload in a busy in office setting.
Commitment to ongoing professional development, ethical practice, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred; familiarity with advanced physiotherapy equipment and technologies is an advantage.
