TruHap Neurodevelopment Center is a multidisciplinary center supporting children with developmental, neurological, physical, communication, behavioural, and learning challenges. Our team works collaboratively to provide individualized, child-focused intervention and family guidance.

Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to work at our child development centre.

The Physiotherapist will assess children’s physical and functional abilities, develop individualized intervention plans, conduct therapy sessions, and work closely with parents and the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct physiotherapy assessments and identify each child’s functional needs.

Develop individualized short-term and long-term therapy goals.

Provide intervention for children with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, neuromuscular conditions, postural difficulties, and motor coordination challenges.

Conduct sessions focusing on gross motor development, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, mobility, posture, and functional independence.

Monitor progress and modify therapy plans when required.





Guide parents and caregivers regarding home-based exercises and positioning techniques.

Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Psychologists, Behaviour Therapists, and Special Educators.

Maintain assessment reports, session records, progress notes, and other required documentation.

Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and parent review meetings.

Follow professional, ethical, and child-safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.

Relevant professional registration, wherever applicable.

Understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions and pediatric physiotherapy techniques.

Strong observation, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Patient, empathetic, responsible, and comfortable working with children and families.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
