Role Description This is a full-time, in office Physiotherapist role based at Shasti Physio Clinic in Chennai. The Physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical evaluations, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, using appropriate modalities and manual therapy techniques, and monitoring progress to adjust treatment plans.

The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications,



as well as maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support integrated patient care.

Qualifications

Clinical physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and application of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Hands-on expertise in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and use of rehab modalities and equipment.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients, coordinate with families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to document clinical findings clearly, manage caseloads efficiently, and follow clinic protocols and safety standards.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; valid registration or license as per local regulatory requirements.

Experience in outpatient physiotherapy, sports rehab, orthopedic or neurological rehabilitation is an advantage.
