Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions tailored to each patient's individual needs while working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualised physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapy for pediatric and adult patients based on clinical needs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT)
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering quality care.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
