The team of around 25 ergonomists and physiotherapists operates PAN-India, supporting leading IT companies, manufacturing units, laboratories, and hospitals. Services include ergonomics consultations, trainings, assessments, RSI consultations, and overall ergonomic appraisals, along with on-site physiotherapy in corporate and clinical environments.

Role Description The Physiotherapist and Ergonomist will provide on-site clinical physiotherapy and ergonomic assessments for employees at client locations in Bengaluru. This full-time role involves evaluating musculoskeletal issues, conducting posture and workstation assessments, recommending ergonomic adjustments, and delivering individualized and group interventions to prevent and manage RSI and MSD. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, documenting assessments and progress reports, coordinating with client HR and safety teams, and participating in ergonomic trainings and awareness sessions.





The role also requires ongoing data-driven reporting, contribution to continuous improvement of protocols, and active collaboration with the wider My Phyzio team to maintain high service quality and client sati sfaction.

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Qualifications

Clinical physiotherapy expertise: Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning.

Ergonomics and workplace health: Proficiency in office and industrial ergonomic evaluations, workstation setup, posture analysis, and RSI/MSD prevention strategies.

Assessment, documentation, and reporting: Ability to conduct structured clinical and ergonomic assessments, maintain transparent records, and prepare concise, evidence-based reports.

Training and communication: Skill in delivering ergonomic trainings and educational sessions, with clear, client-centered communication and counseling abilities.

Professional background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; registration with relevant professional bodies is preferred. Minimum 4-5 years of experience

Technical and analytical skills: Comfort with using digital tools for assessments, data collection, and tele-consultations, along with basic data interpretation for outcomes tracking.

Work style and mindset: Ability to work on-site in corporate and industrial environments, manage time independently, and adapt to diverse client settings while maintaining ethical and non-discriminatory practice
