Position: STEM Physics Expert

Compensation: Up to INR 10,000 per approved task

Role Responsibilities

- Contribute domain expertise across STEM disciplines to support AI model development and evaluation projects
- Analyze complex scientific concepts, datasets, and model-generated outputs for accuracy and clarity
- Support research-oriented tasks involving reasoning, technical analysis, and structured
- problem-solving
- Provide detailed feedback to improve AI model performance on advanced mathematical reasoning and proof-based problem-solving.
- Work on tasks involving technical writing, data interpretation, and scientific evaluation workflows
- Collaborate with distributed teams while maintaining high-quality and detail-oriented deliverables.

Requirements





- Master's or PhD in Physics (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional reasoning and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI/LLMs, AI model evaluation, or experience contributing to AI training and reasoning assessment projects.
- Solid proof-writing ability with rigorous logical thinking.
- Previous experience with AI model evaluation, LLM benchmarking, or AI training projects.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with scientific computing, programming, or domain-specific research tools.
- Experience creating evaluation datasets, research benchmarks, or technical assessments.
- Experience working on research-driven or advanced reasoning tasks.
