- Plan and conduct Physical Education classes for students across all grade levels.
- Promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits among students.
- Organize and supervise sports activities, inter-house competitions, annual sports events, and tournaments.
- Train students for intra-school and inter-school competitions.
- Ensure the safe use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
- Monitor students during PE classes and outdoor activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Assess students physical development and participation as per school guidelines.
- Assist in organizing assemblies, school events, and co-curricular activities as required.
- Maintain records of student participation, achievements, and inventory of sports equipment.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to promote holistic student development.
- Adhere to school policies,
timelines, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) / Master s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.)
- Minimum 2 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in CBSE schools
- Strong knowledge of sports, fitness, and physical education curriculum
- First Aid and CPR certification will be an added advantage
- Good communication, leadership, and student management skills
- Knowledge of digital tools and Google Workspace for Education will be an added advantage
