Role Description The Phonics & Communications Expert will design and deliver engaging phonics and communication lessons for working professionals, toddlers, and students of all ages within domestic and Indian regions. This contract, remote role involves planning age-appropriate curricula, creating interactive learning materials, and conducting online sessions focused on pronunciation, vocabulary building, speaking skills, and written communication.

The expert will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse linguistic and cultural needs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the academic team to refine content, maintaining consistent communication with learners and guardians when applicable,



and ensuring a supportive, inclusive learning experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Communication and Strategic Communications to effectively engage varied age groups and professional backgrounds.
- Candidates should possess Writing and Press Releases skills to develop clear learning materials, announcements, and formal communication content.
- Candidates should possess Internal Communications skills to coordinate with academic teams, support staff, and stakeholders in a structured, timely manner.
- Demonstrated expertise in phonics instruction, language development, and spoken English training for multiple age ranges.
- Experience teaching in virtual or e-learning environments, with proficiency in online classroom and collaboration tools.
- Ability to design differentiated lesson plans for toddlers, school-age learners, and adult professionals, considering regional and cultural contexts.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting schedules, and comfort working independently in a remote, contract setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English, Communications, or a related field; professional teaching certifications or training in phonics are an advantage.
