Pharmacovigilance – Case Processing Executive (Life Sciences Fresher)

Location: Chennai (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are hiring Life Sciences freshers for a Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety role with our reputed MNC client based in Bangalore. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity where selected candidates will work with the client while being on 2COMS payroll for the initial 6 months.

Shift Timing

- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

(Candidates must be flexible to work in any shift)

Key Responsibilities

- Identification and creation of cases in the Global Safety Database from reports received via intake workflow, client mailbox, electronic gateway, and other applicable sources.

- Retrieval of new incoming safety information and follow-up correspondence for existing cases as per client SOPs and global regulatory requirements.

- Triage and prioritization of safety cases (serious & non-serious).

- Accurate data entry and case processing in core safety databases.





- Submission and follow-up of cases in compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory standards.

- Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance processes and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Attention to detail and robust documentation skills

- Basic understanding of drug safety / adverse event reporting

- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

- Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Pharm

- M.Pharm

- Pharm D

- Life Sciences Graduates (Freshers eligible)

- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance concepts preferred

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
