- Review patient drug charts and medical histories at admission, transfer, and discharge to ensure no medications are missed or cause harmful interactions.
- Educate patients on how to take their medicines, what side effects to expect, and what food or drug interactions to avoid.
- Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of all drugs within the facility, ensuring life-saving medications are always available.
- Check dispensed drugs for accuracy, expiration dates, and proper storage temperatures.
- Help maintain the hospital's approved drug list, ensuring that prescribed treatments are both cost-effective and evidence-based.
- Work on institutional committees—such as the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee—to enforce infection control standards and medication protocols.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
