Qualification:

- M.A. in Hindi

- B.Ed. mandatory (preferred for CBSE/ICSE schools)

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (Classes 11 & 12)

Responsibilities:

- Teach Hindi to Classes 11 & 12 as per CBSE/ICSE curriculum

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments and question papers

- Teach Hindi literature, grammar, writing skills, and comprehension

- Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance

- Prepare students for board exams and improve their writing & presentation skills

- Encourage reading habits and literary discussions in class

- Maintain discipline and create an interactive learning environment

- Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, competitions & school events

- Stay updated with syllabus changes and modern teaching techniques

Skills Required:

- Strong command over Hindi language, grammar & literature

- Valuable communication and classroom management

- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner

- Familiarity with digital teaching tools (preferred)
