Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options. Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.

RequirementsMinimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Graduation. Telugu is mandatory. Good communication skills in English and Kannada. Hindi is an added advantage. 3–6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, banking, finance, or related fields is preferred. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
