HIRING : WE'RE LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL TALENT MANAGER ? Team Jay Thakkar is looking to collaborate with a dedicated Freelance Personal Talent Manager based in Mumbai (Preferably Goregaon, Andheri or nearby suburbs).

This is not an agency requirement. We are specifically looking for one individual who wants to build a long-term professional association and become the primary point of contact for Jay Thakkar.

The Role: We are looking for someone who can:

- Represent Jay Thakkar professionally across the entertainment industry.
- Actively pitch his profile to producers, directors, casting directors, brands and platforms.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, usage rights, renewals, rerun rights and other business terms.
- Coordinate meetings, narrations, auditions, schedules and professional commitments.
- Be physically present during important meetings, negotiations, shoots and skilled engagements whenever required.
- Work closely with Team Jay Thakkar and coordinate with our in-house associate manager and creative team.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is: • A freelancer or independent talent manager (not a large agency).

- Ideally managing 2–3 artists at most, so they can provide dedicated attention.
- Excellent at communication, relationship building and negotiations.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi and/or Gujarati would be an advantage.
- Professional, trustworthy, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Passionate about building an actor's career for the long term.
- Someone who is based in Mumbai, especially at Goregaon, Andheri or Western Suburbs.





What We Already Have: Team Jay Thakkar already has an in-house support system, including an associate manager, graphic designer, video editor, photographer/videographer, makeup artist, stylist and other creative professionals.

The missing piece is one dedicated personal talent manager who can focus on representation, business development and career management.

With these professional assets already in place, the manager's primary responsibility would be to actively generate new opportunities for Jay Thakkar and professionally convert, negotiate and close the opportunities, enquiries and leads that already come to Team Jay Thakkar.

Compensation: This will be a commission-based professional association. A competitive commission structure will be discussed with the right candidate based on experience and mutual expectations.
