– Personal Driver Job Title: Personal Driver Department: Administration Location: Bangalore / As Assigned Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Managing Director / Director / Assigned Executive Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable, punctual, and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the Managing Director, executives, or family members. The candidate must ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, follow all traffic regulations, and maintain complete confidentiality. Key ResponsibilitiesSafely drive the Managing Director, executives, or family members to meetings, offices, airports, and other destinations.

Plan the best travel routes using GPS and traffic updates. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per schedule. Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, and pollution certificate renewals. Maintain a logbook of travel, fuel expenses, and vehicle maintenance. Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or packages when required.

Run official errands as assigned.



Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters. Be flexible to work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours if required.

Required

QualificationsMinimum 10th Pass (PUC preferred). Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License. 3–5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Driver. Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

Good knowledge of Bangalore city routes and nearby locations. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Ability to use GPS navigation applications. Good communication skills in Kannada. Knowledge of English and Hindi is an advantage.
