Plan and execute content strategies for three different brands.

Create monthly and weekly content calendars.

Repurpose content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Write engaging captions and LinkedIn posts that provide genuine value,



not just promotional content.

Publish meaningful LinkedIn content 2–3 times a week.

Manage YouTube Shorts and help develop long-form YouTube content strategies.

Track content performance and continuously improve based on analytics.

Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and platform updates.

Work closely with founders to turn ideas into high-performing content. Who We're Looking For

Experience managing personal brands or company social media.

Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Excellent content planning and storytelling skills.

Comfortable working with founders and bringing their ideas to life.

Highly organized and proactive. AI Skills Are Mandatory

We're looking for someone who goes beyond using AI to write captions.

You should be comfortable using AI to:

Generate images and videos.

Edit and repurpose content.

Research trends.

Build creative workflows.

Automate repetitive tasks.

Experiment with the latest AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency. If you're constantly exploring new AI tools and finding smarter ways to create content, you'll fit right in.
