If you’re experienced in creating high-retention content, researching trends, directing creators during shoots, and building personal brands on social media, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities Research viral trends, content ideas, and competitor strategies across Instagram.
Write high-retention scripts optimized for audience engagement and watch time.
Direct clients during shoots by guiding expressions, voice modulation, camera presence, and body language.
Collaborate with video editors to ensure the final content matches the creative vision.
Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and consistency.
Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely content delivery.
Requirements 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, personal branding, or social media marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels.
Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
Ability to identify trends and convert them into high-performing content.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Experience with content analytics is an added advantage.
