Role Description The Perfumer role at Ramsons Perfumes Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalyan Dombivli. The Perfumer will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and refining fragrance compositions for perfumes, attars, deodorants, and other scented products aligned with brand standards and market demands.

Day-to-day tasks include evaluating raw materials, creating and adjusting formulas, conducting fragrance stability and performance tests, and collaborating with R&D;, marketing, and production teams to ensure consistency from concept to final product.



The role involves maintaining detailed documentation of formulations, adhering to quality and safety guidelines, and supporting continuous innovation in line with emerging trends and customer feedback. The Perfumer will also participate in sensory evaluations, assist in training internal teams on fragrance profiles, and contribute to new product launches.

Qualifications Strong Research and Development (R&D;) skills, including fragrance formulation, ingredient evaluation, and sensory analysis.

Experience in Quality Control to ensure product consistency, safety compliance, and adherence to internal standards.

Customer Service and Personal Care orientation, with an understanding of consumer preferences, comfort, and product usability.

Exposure to Sales or commercial teams to align fragrance development with market trends, pricing strategies, and brand positioning.

Relevant education in perfumery, chemistry, cosmetic science, or a related field; specialized training in fragrance creation is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Kalyan Dombivli, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Knowledge of regulatory standards for fragrance and personal care products, and familiarity with safety and compliance requirements.

Solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with proficiency in basic computer applications.
