Key Qualifications

Typically 10+ years of experience in software performance testing and performance engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with the OpenText (Micro Focus) LoadRunner ecosystem.

Practical experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, or Grafana.

Familiarity with deploying load generators on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Proficiency in C, C++, or Java for advanced script customization and debugging.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and enhance performance test scripts using VuGen (Virtual User Generator) across protocols such as Web (HTTP/HTTPS), TruClient, and APIs.





Plan and execute distributed load, stress, and endurance testing using Micro Focus LoadRunner Cloud or LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).

Analyze client-side transaction times along with server-side metrics to identify memory leaks, CPU saturation, latency issues, and other performance bottlenecks.

Integrate automated performance test scripts into Jenkins or Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to identify and prevent performance regressions early.
