Role Description We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in New Delhi.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling high-performance digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid media platforms.

A significant portion of our portfolio consists of D2C fashion and luxury lifestyle brands, so we're looking for someone who understands the nuances of selling premium products online. Experience driving profitable growth for apparel, fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands will be considered a strong advantage.

You'll work closely with creative strategists, designers, and account managers to build campaigns that not only generate sales but also strengthen brand positioning and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Scale D2C brands while maintaining profitable ROAS and customer acquisition costs.
- Develop full-funnel performance marketing strategies focused on revenue growth.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and media planning.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, copy, and audience targeting.




- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and social media teams to produce high-converting ad creatives.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging advertising strategies.

Qualifications

- 4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency or an in-house D2C brand.
- Proven experience scaling D2C e-commerce brands, with a strong understanding of the online customer journey.
- Experience working with fashion, luxury, premium lifestyle, apparel, beauty, or similar consumer brands is highly preferred.
- Robust expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Looker Studio (Data Studio)
- Strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics, including:
- ROAS
- CAC
- CPA
- AOV
- Conversion Rate
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for profitability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
