About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in running paid advertising campaigns and generating quality leads through digital platforms.

Whether you've worked in an agency, startup, or as a freelancer, if you've managed live campaigns and understand how to optimize them for better results, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities · Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.

· Generate high-quality leads for Mutual Funds, SIPs, Health Insurance, and Life Insurance.

Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.

· Conduct audience research and A/B testing.

· Set up and monitor GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel tracking.





· Collaborate with design/content teams on creatives and landing pages.

· Prepare regular performance reports

Requirements

· 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

· Experience running Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns.

· Basic understanding of LinkedIn Ads is a plus.

· Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.

· Strong analytical and communication skills.

· Ability to take ownership of campaigns.

Preference

Experience in FinTech, BFSI, Insurance, or Financial Services is an advantage.

Candidates who can showcase live campaigns, case studies, or measurable results will be preferred.
