Grand Royal Tours is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Salem office. We are seeking a results-driven skilled with proven hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate should be capable of generating quality leads, improving campaign efficiency and managing advertising budgets profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch and manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns
- Generate qualified leads at an optimum cost per lead
- Monitor campaign budgets, lead quality and conversion performance
- Optimise audiences, keywords, bidding strategies and remarketing campaigns
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for effective ad creatives
- Review landing pages, lead forms and customer journeys to improve conversions
- Set up and monitor Pixel, Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Analyse campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve booking conversions




- Identify and scale high-performing campaigns while controlling advertising costs

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proven track record in lead generation, campaign optimisation and budget management
- Ability to present previous campaign results such as CPL, conversion rate, ROAS or ROI
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage
- Candidates with proven experience in real estate, education, healthcare, automobile, finance or other lead-generation industries may also apply
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- Must be willing to work full-time from the Salem office
