We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple industries and platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience handling high advertising budgets, and a proven track record of delivering profitable ROAS while scaling campaigns.

Joining: Immediate Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Manage multiple client accounts across different niches simultaneously.

Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, target audience, and budget.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate.

Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.

Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies,



landing pages, and targeting.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers to improve campaign performance.

Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

Agency experience is mandatory.

Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Experience handling monthly advertising budgets of ₹5 Lakhs+.

Solid understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.

Experience working across multiple industries and business niches.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
