Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Performance & Audience Strategy

- Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign KPIs (CTR, VTR, ROAS, CPL) across Meta, Google Ads, and DV360, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve audience performance and campaign efficiency across multiple client accounts.
- Build data-driven audience and activation strategies aligned with brand marketing objectives, campaign KPIs, and platform capabilities.
- Own campaign reporting and analytics, translating performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for marketing stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of multiple brand and agency clients simultaneously, ensuring seamless onboarding, campaign activation, performance optimization, and long-term relationship management.
- Own account retention targets; Conduct structured business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with clients, presenting performance insights, audience learnings, and future optimization strategies.
- Identify at-risk accounts early and implement data-driven retention strategies.
- Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and incremental revenue opportunities across existing client accounts,



working closely with the sales team to maximise account value.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing campaign performance delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor to agency and brand partners, recommending audience targeting strategies, channel mix improvements, and campaign optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, AdOps, and Data teams to resolve client issues, improve campaign outcomes, and influence product enhancements.
- Act as the first point of escalation for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.

What we're looking for?

- 1 to 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing within AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Marketing environments.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, DV360, and Meta Ads Manager, with strong understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Experience with programmatic advertising, audience onboarding, identity-based targeting, or data-driven marketing platforms preferred.
- Strong consultative problem-solving approach with the ability to influence marketing and media stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify patterns, and present insights in a clear and compelling manner.
- High ownership mindset with proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a rapid-paced AdTech or digital marketing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across agencies, brand marketing teams, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including DSPs, audience platforms, identity solutions, and data partnerships.
- Mandatory experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
