Reporting to: Head – Digital Strategy

We’re now looking for someone to lead and redefine Performance Marketing at Wirality.

This is not a campaign management role.

This is for someone who can build the next chapter of performance — through strategy, leadership, innovation, and business growth.

What success in this role looks like:

- Building and scaling a high-performing performance marketing function
- Creating performance playbooks, systems, and ways of working
- Growing client accounts while owning delivery excellence
- Driving new business opportunities and expanding service offerings
- Building stronger integration between creative, media, analytics, and culture
- Owning cluster growth and commercial outcomes

What you’ll lead

- Strategic growth plans across client portfolios
- Team development, mentorship, and performance culture
- Full-funnel performance strategy — acquisition, conversion, retention & LTV
- Current-age performance models including creator-led growth, UGC and AI-enabled media buying
- Quarterly and annual growth planning across accounts
- P&L; ownership, forecasting,



profitability and scalable delivery

We’d love to meet someone who has:

- 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams
- Proven success scaling accounts and improving ROAS
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing frameworks, processes and performance systems
- A track record in business growth and portfolio expansion

Platform & Capability Expectations:

→ Meta Ads Manager

→ Google Suite (Search, Performance Max, Discovery, YouTube)

→ Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Looker Studio

→ Hotjar, CRO & experimentation platforms

→ E-commerce performance ecosystems (Shopify & tracking stacks)

→ UGC-led performance campaigns and creator-driven growth models
