We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive (D2C) Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000/month (Based on Skills) About the Role:

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience scaling D2C brands through Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce marketing, enjoys analyzing data, and wants to work on brands with real growth potential. Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Performance Max).
- Scale D2C brands while maintaining profitable ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance and take data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with the founder to execute growth strategies.
- Set up and monitor Pixels, Conversion API, GA4, and tracking.
- Coordinate with the creative team to improve ad performance.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and AOV.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and actionable insights. Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience working with D2C or Shopify brands is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of campaign structures, scaling strategies, retargeting, and audience testing.




- Experience with Shopify and basic knowledge of GA4.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve productivity.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Skills

- Experience with Conversion API (CAPI).
- Google Merchant Center experience.
- Experience with feed management.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with Klaviyo or email marketing is a plus.
