Job Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, experience in campaign optimization, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CTR, and lead quality.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.




- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure optimal spending.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement performance improvement strategies.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign analytics.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency will be an added advantage.
