Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Executive role based in Bhopal. Location: Bhopal (Work from Office)

Are you passionate about driving measurable business growth through paid advertising We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns for lead generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping & YouTube).

Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.

Create and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting B2B audiences, decision-makers, and enterprise clients.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and campaign audits.





Improve campaign performance through A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Meta Pixel.

Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Utilize AI-powered advertising features such as Performance Max, Smart Bidding, Advantage , Audience Signals, AI-generated creatives, and Automated Optimization.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to execute high-performing marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

2.5–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

Understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.

Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize ROI.

Familiarity with AI-powered campaign automation and optimization tools.

Experience in B2B, SaaS, or IT services marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads Certification (Preferred)

Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate/Professional (Preferred)

Experience working in an agency or IT services environment is a plus.
