About Us

MonkITx is a growing digital marketing and IT solutions company helping businesses scale through creative marketing strategies and technology-driven solutions. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements




- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of remarketing and audience segmentation.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.
- Google or Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
